Chris Brackett the TV show host of Fear No Evil that aired on the Outdoor Channel has been indicted for a poaching case stemming from a 2013 incident. The indictment occurred on Nov. 15th, 2018.
The indictment indicates Chris Brackett harvested multiple bucks in Indiana. At that time the state of Indiana allowed the harvest of 1 buck per season.
If convicted he could face up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for violating the Lacey Act. A date to appear in court has not been set at this time.
