Public land added for AR sportsmen using Pittman-Robertson Act money! I hope we can all agree that’s a good thing! Arkansas Game and Fish is adding close to 6000 acres of public lands this year. The joint venture between AGFC, private owners and other agencies adds land for big game hunting, waterfowl wetlands, and other outdoor activities. 3000 additional acres are to be purchased by end of 2019. The parcels of land are spread across Arkansas and benefit multiple aspects of the hunting community. These new parcels just might be your future honey hole. Who wouldn’t want to see more public lands made available in their state?
