Manassas National Battlefield Park is under siege. Located in Virginia the site is home to Battle of the Bull Run One and Two. Deer are overpopulated in the park. The National Park Service is on a mission to save the vegetation in the area. The grazing ungulates overeating has damaged historical landscapes and destroyed vegetation used by birds and other small mammals. NPS will use USDA biologists who are trained shooters to cull the deer at night in the park. All the meat will be donated to local food banks after CWD testing.

If you could, would you help participate in another skirmish on this historic battlefield?
